Every tax return processed by Rizzo & Restuccia is prepared by a highly trained tax professional. A second tax professional reviews each return before it is printed, assembled and presented to the client. This process results in the high quality of service our clients have come to expect of Rizzo & Restuccia.

Our Guarantee

In spite of our best efforts, minor errors sometimes happen. In the event of an error caused by Rizzo & Restuccia, we will process the necessary forms to correct the error at no cost to the client. We will also pay any penalty and interest charges imposed by the IRS or the State Department of Revenue. The client will only be responsible for paying the taxes assessed.

Year-Round Service

Rizzo & Restuccia is open throughout the year to help you with your tax, accounting and general business needs. We encourage you to call anytime you have a brief question. But please understand that you will be billed for any service that cannot be completed in a short (5 to 10 minute) phone call.

Taxpayer's Responsibility

Please remember that you, as a taxpayer, are ultimately responsible for the information contained in your income tax returns. Be sure to carefully review your tax returns before signing and mailing them. Your tax returns were prepared using information and documentation furnished by you. Rizzo & Restuccia relies on the accuracy of your information as presented, and on your ability to substantiate your income and deduction records if necessary. You will be responsible for payment of any additional taxes, penalties or interest imposed by the IRS or State as a result of errors or omissions in the information you provided. We can assist you in resolving such issues, but additional fees will be charged.

Privacy Policy

The Federal Trade Commission has issued regulations that require accountants, financial planners, lawyers and other professionals to inform clients of their privacy policies every year. At Rizzo & Restuccia, it has always been our policy not to disclose any personal or financial information about our clients to anyone unless we have specific permission from the client. We restrict access to confidential information to members of our firm who need to know that information to process your tax returns. We have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your private information.

Referral Discounts

Whenever you refer a new client to Rizzo & Restuccia, both you and the friend you referred will receive a $20 discount on the next tax preparation fee! You’ll get a $20 credit for each new referral, so if you refer enough new clients, your own tax return could be free!
